Hello!

My name is Kate Touzel and I've been photographing weddings in beautiful West Michigan for 10 years. I believe that it's not just about the pictures - It's about creating an experience that allows me to love on the couples from start to finish. Whether it's helping with your day of timeline, fixing your bridesmaid's hair when it falls out, sewing your bustle when it breaks or being someone to vent to when planning gets stressful - I'll be there (queue the Friends' theme song *here*)

 In 2016, Todd and I got married in my parents' backyard. Life exponentially increased since then - I mean, it's a forever sleepover with your best friend so I'm all in favor. We both love spending time on our boat, exploring Lake Michigan and watching sunsets on Grand Haven's North Pier. Anything on the water makes us happy. When it's winter and we're cold and sad, we try to sneak away to somewhere warm and watch too much Netflix.

My real name is Kaitlin, my friends call me Katie and my couples call me Kate. When I started this business back in 2007, I thought ditching the extra syllable would make me sound edgier, did it work? Ok then, good! Kate Touzel Photography was born!

My goal is to glorify God by loving others, telling a beautiful story and telling it well. Marriage Rocks and I cannot wait to celebrate that with you.
